General Fee Listing
This General Fee List is designed to give you and your family a better understanding of what we can offer you. It has been developed for both business sustainability, and to keep our services within reach. These fees are listed to give you a good idea of what these newly emerging services cost, and also to see how affordable end of life doula services can be! Furthermore, once services have been agreed upon between the doula and the family or client, they will be presented in contract form and will not change during the service agreement. However, this fee list is subject to change at need, and prior to any service agreement at any time.

Elder Care
Consultant
Due to the reality of the modern family structure, and our increasingly challenged medical system, we need additional options to independently advise our aging population–and additional ways to honor them within our community! We give the elderly the reverence and care they deserve. Elder Care Doulas are trained in Assessment, Companionship, The Three Phases of Care, Local Resource Listing, and as Medical Chaperones. Because we are not compensated by Medicare or Medicaid, we have more freedom to spend time with you or your loved one when you need our consultancy, advice, or companionship. $75/hr – 1Hr Min Per Consultation

Doula Services: Stabilization Phase 1
During this phase, we have made our plans and moved out of the initial peace of mind planning phase. If a client has a life limiting condition, their symptoms are best managed by their care professionals, and this is the time to ensure the highest quality of the day is reached by caregivers or family members in the home. Your doula visits up to three times a week for up to one hour between the hours of 11am and 3pm, depending on the client’s condition and desire to visit. We re-evaluate the care plan and how things are going physically, emotionally, and spiritually each and every time. $75/wk; Payable Each Sunday

Doula Services: Stabilization Phase 2
Your doula continues to visit up to three times a week and will spend flexible time between the hours of 11am and 3pm, depending on the client’s condition and desire to visit. We re-evaluate the care plan and how things are going physically, emotionally, and spiritually each and every time. We begin to plan for the next phase of the end of life process–the Vigil–more ideally, we have had time to plan the Vigil and death care process together, but are implementing these needs as we go. The client with the life-limiting illness is as welcome to participate in this planning as he/she wishes. This is ideal, but up to their unique comfort level and needs with the topic of death care. Vigil planning includes creating a sacred space, informal interviews by video or workbook legacy interviews/projects. We assist in procuring comfort items if desired (additional cost), assist in arranging visitations, help create a go-bag if needed to enter hospice space or care facility, etc: $120 for the first week; $100 each week after; Payable Each Sunday

Doula Services: Transition Phase & Vigil Support
Your doula continues to visit up to three times a week for up to one hour between the hours of 11am and 3pm, depending on the client’s condition and desire to visit. We re-evaluate the care plan and how things are going physically, emotionally, and spiritually each and every time. Once it is clear that the transition phase has begun, our end of life coaching begins on an as needed/as desired basis. We customize the number of visits you would like to have, based on your wishes, and the amount of coaching your support team (family, chosen family, etc. ) need or want. This final phase includes in-home or in-hospice vigil support and communication if requested, with loved ones and any planned activities or requested activities within the doula scope of practice as we sit vigil together during the last hours of life: $150 total for the Vigil support
Your love and advice was invaluable. You made all the arrangements for KH to visit Dr. Gary Clayman’s Thyroid Clinic in Tampa. You have been so important in K’s comfort–targeted breathing, visits, advice on diaphragm breathing, your caring heart is overflowing. Thank you for your advice to all of us. I appreciated your three things that care case managers are on the look out for in home visits. You are certainly at the top of my list.
