Guidance, Empowerment, Comfort & Companionship at End of Life
At Twilight Doula Group, we believe every person deserves to feel supported, heard, and honored through all stages of life’s closing chapters. This General Fee List is meant to give you and your family a clear picture of what we offer, how often we can be present in person, and how our time together is structured.
Our goal is to keep services both sustainable for our doulas and accessible for our community. All service agreements are confirmed in writing before we begin, and your fee will not change once we start. Please note that fees may be updated over time, but never during an active agreement.
End of Life Doula Services
At Twilight Doula Group, we believe that planning for and walking through the end of life should be met with compassion, clarity, and dignity. Our fees & packages are designed to make support simple and predictable—so you can focus on what matters most, not on keeping track of hourly charges. Whether you need gentle guidance, steady companionship, or around-the-clock vigil presence, we will be there beside you.

Our Promise:
Whether we are filling out forms, sharing stories, or sitting quietly by the bedside, you will be met with presence, compassion, and respect. Every service is shaped around your needs, your comfort, and your way of approaching life’s threshold.
At Twilight Doula Group, we believe end-of-life support should be guided by compassion, not financial barriers.
We publish our Anchor Rates to reflect the true value and sustainability of our services. At the same time, we recognize that financial circumstances vary widely — especially in times of illness, caregiving, and loss.
✨ If you feel drawn to our care, but after reviewing the fees below, you are unsure whether you can afford it, please reach out anyway. We offer a limited number of sliding-scale and community-supported spaces, and we will work with you whenever possible to ensure you receive the support you need.
Because everyone deserves comfort, dignity, and companionship at life’s threshold.

These sessions help you create or update your end-of-life wishes in all five key areas — Physical, Mental, Emotional, Spiritual, and Financial. We perform similar services in workshop environments that you can explore on our event calendars! Together we can:
- Complete or review Advance Directives, POLST forms, and Death Care Directives
- Discuss Comfort Planning
- Discuss Funeral Services or After-Death Body Care, and Memorialization
- Identify resources and support tools, such as the 7 Tools Workbook
- Organize important paperwork for easy access

- Explore meaningful rituals and personal comfort wishes
Elder Care Consultations
For aging adults and their families seeking guidance, advocacy, and companionship
Our elder care consultations are designed to honor the wisdom and dignity of aging community members while offering practical support. Your doula can assist with:
- Personal and household needs assessments
- Advocacy with medical teams (as a neutral party with no institutional affiliation)
- Companionship and emotional support
- Legacy and life story projects
- Referrals to local resources and services
- Acting as a medical chaperone during appointments
Because we are independent and not funded by Medicare or Medicaid, we have the flexibility to spend the time you truly need — without rushing or conflicting agendas.
Format & Time:
- Flexible visit lengths by agreement
- Frequency based on client and family needs
Medical Advocacy Doula Services
Facing a medical appointment, diagnosis, or treatment plan can feel overwhelming for anyone, at any age. A Medical Event Doula accompanies you to appointments, helps prepare questions, takes notes, offers a steady presence, and translates medical language into clear, actionable information.
Clients often share that they feel more confident and supported when we are there to advocate for them. Healthcare providers frequently welcome our presence, as it fosters clearer communication and smoother care planning.

Your love and advice was invaluable. You made all the arrangements for KH to visit Dr. Gary Clayman’s Thyroid Clinic in Tampa. You have been so important in K’s comfort–targeted breathing, visits, advice on diaphragm breathing, your caring heart is overflowing. Thank you for your advice to all of us. I appreciated your three things that care case managers are on the look out for in home visits. You are certainly at the top of my list.

Molly has served as a care planner for me for this past year. I cannot express how much joy she has brought to my life in this time. I thoroughly recommend Molly
