An 8‑Week Workshop on Living Fully and Dying Well
Guidance, empowerment, comfort, and companionship at end of life — in community. This immersive series from Twilight Doula Group blends practical planning with soulful reflection so you can meet life’s thresholds with clarity and care, a healthy sense of humor, and a whole lot of heart.

FAQ
- Do I need to be ill to attend? No. This is proactive planning for anyone who wants clarity and comfort.

- What if I miss a session? We’ll provide a recording or make‑up option in the form of a consult when feasible.
- Is this religious? We welcome all faiths and none; we honor your traditions and comfort level.
